Who we are

These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Mojo Buzz Private Limited ("Mojo Buzz", "Zuwa", "we", "us"). By accessing zuwa.ai, creating an account, or subscribing to any Zuwa service tier, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

The service

Zuwa provides a managed local growth platform tailored for home service contractors. Our team optimizes your Google Business Profile, writes and publishes regular local updates, crafts authentic review responses, establishes verified local directory citations, produces localized geo-landing pages, supplies a custom review QR card, provisions trackable phone forwarding numbers, and provides weekly rank monitoring. The Zuwa web application presents your Google Visibility Score and an ongoing activity feed of completed tasks.

Specific volume metrics (such as number of monthly posts, geo-pages, citation directories, and phone lines) correspond directly to your selected subscription plan as displayed during registration.

Plans and billing

• Subscriptions are structured in 3, 6, or 12-month initial terms. The effective monthly rate is determined by the selected commitment duration, and the initial term total is billed upon account setup.
• A one-time onboarding fee covers initial baseline audit and asset preparation for 3 and 6-month plans. This onboarding fee is waived on annual commitments.
• If you require our team to create and verify a brand-new Google Business Profile from scratch, an additional one-time setup fee applies.
• Social media cross-posting is available as an optional monthly add-on to any active Google management plan.
• Promotional pricing is locked for the duration of your contracted commitment term.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the expiration of each billing cycle (3, 6, or 12 months) for successive periods equal in length to your initial term at the standard non-promotional rate, unless cancelled at least 14 days prior to the renewal date via your customer settings or by contacting billing support.

Cancellations & Refunds: Because our fulfillment team begins manual audits, directory submissions, and creative production immediately upon onboarding, subscription fees and onboarding charges are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel prior to the end of an active multi-month billing cycle, your service remains fully active through the conclusion of the paid term.

Google Business Profile access & ownership

To perform profile optimization and publishing, you must add Zuwa as a designated "Manager" via the official Google Business Profile manager portal. You retain 100% legal ownership of your profile at all times and can revoke access whenever you wish. Zuwa will never ask for your personal Google account password or login credentials.

Call tracking and recording compliance

Zuwa provisions secondary call-forwarding phone numbers that route prospective customers directly to your primary business line while measuring inbound call volume. In jurisdictions where telephone recording or monitoring requires notice or consent, our system delivers a brief automated audio disclosure informing callers that the conversation may be recorded for quality assurance. You agree to cooperate in maintaining required recording disclosures in accordance with local laws.

Performance expectations and guarantee

Search engines adjust ranking algorithms independently, and no marketing provider can guarantee permanent top placement on Google Maps. While we employ proven organic optimization practices, we do not promise fixed revenue returns or call volume numbers. Our sole performance commitment is defined under our official Guarantee Policy.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide truthful, timely, and complete business information, service descriptions, and primary service area boundaries.
• Maintain manager-level Google Business Profile access for the Zuwa platform throughout your active plan.
• Promptly answer inbound phone calls and follow up on customer leads generated by your profile.
• Comply with applicable industry licensing laws and Google Business Profile guidelines, avoiding deceptive or prohibited practices.

Intellectual property and work product

You retain full ownership of your business name, logos, trade names, customer testimonials, and company imagery. You grant Zuwa a limited, revocable license to use these assets solely for managing your profile and campaigns. You own all local directory citations, verified profiles, customer reviews, and published posts created during your subscription. Zuwa retains exclusive ownership of its proprietary software, automated algorithms, reporting workflows, and analytics dashboards.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at the conclusion of any active commitment term with 14 days prior written notice. Zuwa reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if an account is in default of payment, violates Google's core terms of service, or engages in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, Zuwa will relinquish all manager roles on your Google Business Profile upon request.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Zuwa nor its affiliates, directors, or employees shall be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, Google policy updates, or business interruptions. Zuwa's total aggregate liability arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Zuwa in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Modifications to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If a modification materially impacts your ongoing service, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the updated terms take effect.
