The 90 day promise and how it works.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
The promise
If your Google Maps visibility and local search rankings have not measurably improved by day 90 of your active plan, our dedicated fulfillment team continues optimizing your profile at zero additional cost until it does.
How we measure improvement
- Baseline starting point: Day 1 begins on the date your account onboarding call is completed and Google Business Profile manager access is verified. On that date, we take a certified snapshot of your local ranking positions across all primary target keywords.
- Tracked localized searches: During onboarding, we identify 10 high-intent primary service and geographic search queries relevant to your trade (for example: "emergency plumber Dallas", "drain cleaning near me", "AC repair Plano"). These terms are tracked continuously via automated geo-grid rank tracking.
- Measurable improvement threshold: A measurable improvement is reached when your average Google Maps ranking across the tracked keyword set has increased by an average of 3 or more positions compared to your Day 1 baseline, or when your business breaks into the Google 3-Pack for at least one primary target term where it was previously absent.
- Transparent tracking: You have 24/7 visibility into your rankings directly inside the Zuwa dashboard. Our Day 90 benchmark report clearly contrasts your current positions against Day 1.
What you receive if we miss the benchmark
If the measurable improvement threshold is not reached at day 90, we waive your monthly management fees and continue performing all weekly profile optimizations, custom posts, local citations, and geo-page publications free of charge until the performance milestone is met. Because our team invests significant manual labor and hard costs into citations, third-party directory placements, and localized content assets that permanently remain your property, cash refunds are not provided.
Customer requirements to maintain eligibility
- Maintain manager-level Google Business Profile access for the Zuwa team throughout the 90-day window.
