Mojo Buzz Private Limited ("Mojo Buzz") operates zuwa.ai and the Zuwa platform. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect your personal and business data.

What we collect

• Details you provide: Business name, owner or representative name, email address, phone number, physical address, service area, and website URL when you submit our free score, contact, or signup forms.
• Business and profile data: Information retrieved from your Google Business Profile, customer reviews, local citations, business categories, and keyword rankings once you grant manager access.
• Call data: Call metadata (timestamps, caller phone numbers, call duration, call outcomes) and audio call recordings generated via your assigned call-tracking forwarding number.
• Site usage and technical data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, referral sources, and page interactions captured through privacy-focused infrastructure logs to ensure performance and security.

How we use your information

• To calculate your complimentary Google visibility score and deliver personalized improvement insights.
• To deliver our core managed service: optimizing your Google Business Profile, scheduling weekly posts, drafting review responses, establishing directory listings, and publishing localized geo-pages.
• To monitor and display phone calls generated by your Google presence directly inside the Zuwa dashboard.
• To process subscription billing, deliver account notifications, and provide customer support.
• To maintain platform security, detect fraudulent requests, and continuously improve service reliability.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties under any circumstances.

Who we share information with

We share necessary data solely with vetted third-party infrastructure providers that enable our services, including cloud hosting and database providers (Supabase, AWS), transactional email delivery services (Resend), payment processors (Stripe), and telecom call-forwarding providers. Profile updates and posts are published to Google solely on your behalf through authorized Google Business Profile APIs. We may also disclose data where strictly mandated by valid legal process or regulatory obligations.

Call recordings and consent

Call tracking numbers record inbound customer inquiries to verify lead flow and allow quality review in your Zuwa dashboard. In accordance with applicable federal and state wiretapping and consent regulations, inbound callers hear an automated notification informing them that the call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance. Call recordings are retained securely for up to 90 days, after which audio files are automatically purged unless archived by the account owner.

Data retention

We retain your account details and business configuration for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account cancellation, profile manager access is promptly released, and account data is retained for up to 12 months for administrative, tax, and reactivation purposes before permanent deletion. Call log summaries and historical ranking graphs are kept for up to 24 months to maintain reporting continuity.

Your choices and privacy rights

Regardless of your geographic location, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, request deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for non-essential communications. California residents (under CCPA/CPRA) and European residents (under GDPR) have specific statutory rights regarding data portability and restriction of processing. Cookies and tracking

Our website utilizes essential session cookies required for authentication, security verification, and form validation.
